Ripping Yarns & Tragic Tales – 5th September 2021

Hi Everyone, I hope your weekend is going well.

This week I had the pleasure of meeting one of my volunteers in person as he was coming through Kalgoorlie. It doesn’t often happen that I do get to meet any of the many people who help me and who I am friends with online. It’s odd how you get a mental picture of someone in your head and then when you see them in person they look compleatly different John also very kindly took a picture to a lady in Perth in his luggage for me. You may recall that I was trying to find a home for a framed photo which was given to me some 20yrs ago and as its no connection to my family, I wanted to find a relative of those in the photograph who would like it. The lady who accepted it was a relative of two of the people in the picture from the Wearne family.
